Who is responsible
The controller is LEGALPLANET Sp. z o.o., NIP 6793305535, KRS 0001119277. For privacy questions and requests, contact legalplanetpl@gmail.com or +48 575 056 012.
Contacting us
The website has no form that stores case files. Contact buttons open your email application or an external messenger. Selecting a topic remains in your browser until you choose a contact link. Check the message before sending it. Please do not send passport scans or sensitive documents in your first message.
We use the details you voluntarily send to reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, take steps towards or perform a service contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Other correspondence and protection of legal claims rely on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)). We retain correspondence while needed to handle the matter and for applicable legal obligations or claims periods.
Essential storage and security
The lp_consent cookie remembers your privacy choice for 180 days. A local storage signal synchronises changes between open tabs. These do not serve advertising. The hosting provider SEOHOST processes technical information, including IP addresses and server logs, to deliver and secure the website. Security processing relies on legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Optional analytics
Only after your analytics consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) can measure page visits. We use the existing property G-E9W7TXH05M. Page addresses sent by this website omit query parameters and fragments; advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Google cookies beginning with _ga identify a browser; we configure their lifetime to 180 days. We do not send enquiry text or documents through this integration.
Optional advertising measurement
Only after your advertising consent, Meta Pixel and Conversions API (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) can record a PageView using the existing Pixel PracaJob, ID 1434550104130387. Browser and server events share an event identifier to prevent double counting. Meta receives the page address, event time, IP address, browser user agent and, when available, browser and advertising-click identifiers.
The _fbp and _fbc cookies can remain for 90 days. _fbc is used when a Meta advertising click identifier is present. We do not send your selected case topic, message, passport data or documents to Meta. We do not use automatic matching of contact details in this integration.
Your choice and external services
Optional analytics and advertising use your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Refusing them does not prevent use of the website. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change or withdraw consent. Withdrawal stops future tracking and removes the related first-party cookies; it does not undo processing before withdrawal.
Links to WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, Facebook and Lnk.Bio open separate services with their own privacy terms. Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area under their applicable transfer arrangements. Consult their policies for details.
Your rights
Depending on the processing, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent at any time and complain to the Polish supervisory authority, Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO). This website does not make automated decisions about your case.
